So, it's been a month exactly since I began my internship with a great design studio in Philadelphia. It's been tough adjusting to full-time work (aka. waking up early every morning and having little free time), but I'm growing more and more used to it, and am really enjoying working there. Everyone is fun and easy to get along with, and I'm being exposed to lots of new things. Even though most of the stuff I do is the grunt work, and am getting to code a lot of things too!
It's a fall internship, so it goes until the end of the year, but since they are very pleased with the work I've been doing, I'm hoping it could turn into something more :3
In cosplay-related news, I'll be at NYAF/NYCC next week! UGGHH. Still got much sewing work to do!! DDDD: But I'm excited to see lots of friends, since I've pretty much been a hermit the last few months.
(I'm not sure if it is by choice or not)
So, my plans are:
drumroll please! (no, not really)Friday:
rewearing Ashitaka (since he needs s'more loving)Saturday:
Danny Phantom (oh yes, I did)Sunday:
Mulan (because this is seriously my favorite movie ever. And hooray for Disney Princesses!)
Nothing but sewing this weekend! Aaahhhh
I will sure update with my new cosplays as well as add some new photos of my recent costumes as well!
Thanks for reading!
P.S. I am really pushing to begin a webcomic that has been sort-of-in-the-works for a few years. It'll be most definitely a number of months before the possibility of appearing online, but it is something I am constantly working to develop C: (It's pretty intense and sci-fi, so I need to do my homework >.< )
I still have many animu things for sale, as well as open to commissions[link]
